How do I get in touch with Blue Rose Pottery customer service?

What is your return policy?
Blue Rose is proud to be your source for Polish pottery — we are passionate about providing unmatched customer service and want you to be satisfied with each purchase. Because of the unique, handmade nature of our pottery however, consistency in pattern and form may vary — our guarantee covers the functionality of the pottery only.
Exchanges and returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. Outside of this window returns will be eligible for a store credit. To return an item, follow the instructions on the packing slip enclosed with your order and return to 1549 Cherry Rd Rock Hill, SC 29732.
Shipping and handling and return postage charges will be refunded only if the return is a result of our error. There is an additional shipping charge for exchange shipping and a restocking fee of 20% for all returns valued at $150 or more.
What if my items arrive broken?
Please send a photo of the damaged item, the packaging, and your order number to customerservice@bluerosepottery.com, or through our chat. We ask that you report all damages within 10 days of receipt. After photos are sent, a replacement or refund will be issued.
What is the rewards program?
Earn points for every purchase that can be redeemed in dollar off coupons! The more you spend, the more you earn — and points are good for one year after receipt. Rewards are automatically assigned to the email address you use on purchases; you just need to make sure you are signed in or have created an account to see them at checkout. Points update every night at midnight.

How do I use my Rewards?
To use your rewards points, make sure you are signed into a Blue Rose Pottery/Shopify account. If you have not created one, you will need to in order to access them at checkout. Your eligible rewards will display in your basket once ready to checkout. Only one reward can be redeemed per order, but they can be combined with our daily discount codes.
How do I get your daily discounts?
Our sales change every day to every couple of days. Sign up for our email newsletter, text alerts, or follow us on Facebook to see the daily code. Discounts are not automatic; the code must be entered in the promo code box on the order summary page when checking out.
How do I unsubscribe from your emails?
At the bottom of our promotional emails, there is a button to unsubscribe. To unsubscribe from text alerts, reply STOP. Once your email has been removed, you’ll need to contact us to be added again for privacy reasons.
How do I know when my order will arrive?
Customers on the East Coast should receive their order in 3-5 business days; Midwest, 5-7 days; West Coast, 7-10 days; Hawaii and Alaska, 10-15 days. USPS now ships Hawaii and Alaskan orders by boat which can affect delivery times.
What if the item I want is out of stock?
It is a process to import new pottery! The factories send us pieces as they can make them, and items go through many checkpoints before arriving by air or sea. Sign up for the waitlist on the item you want — we’ll email you when it’s back in stock!
Are your packing peanuts recyclable?
Yes! Blue Rose Pottery is committed to being environmentally friendly. All our packaging and materials are recycled, and our peanuts are made of cornstarch — 100% compostable.
How do I care for my Polish Pottery?
After removing pottery from the refrigerator, bring to room temperature before placing in the oven or microwave. Place a small amount of water in baking pieces when cooking chicken or fatty foods. Do not place stoneware on direct heat, under broilers, or in microwave browning elements.
Ensure pottery is dry before heating — moisture can cause cracking. Avoid placing hot dishes on wet surfaces or handling with wet cloths. When microwaving, use a piece that best fits the portion size to avoid “hot spots.”
Is the Blue Rose Pottery warehouse open to the public for shopping?
We currently do not have a showroom open to the public.
